Shipping & Delivery
In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders will take longer, so please contact us if you have questions about when your order will be complete. You will receive an e-mail with shipment tracking information once your order has shipped.
Privacy & Security
We will not share your information with anyone outside our company. Your payment information is protected in transit by industry-standard SSL encryption technology. If you have any questions about privacy or security please let us know.
Returns & Replacements
We will replace or refund (at our option) any defective items where the defect arises from the manufacturing process or is caused by an error on our part. We are not responsible for errors you may make when you submit an order (incorrect spelling, etc.) For screen printing, embroidery or other custom work you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the design prior to production. (Please ask us for details of the options available to you including digital and physical proofs.) Items with custom name and/or number are not eligible for return, replacement or exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend placing your order online for the fastest and most efficient service. If you would prefer to order over the phone or have any questions for us, please call us at (763) 552-1208. You may also stop by our store location to make your purchases in person if you prefer.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for all orders is due before shipment. If you pay with a payment type that does not clear immediately (e.g. Paypal e-check) shipment will be delayed until payment has cleared.
If you qualify for tax-exempt status in Minnesota, please contact us at (763) 552-1208. Once we receive your tax exempt certificate we will set your account to non-taxable status.
Viewing Orders
To view your current and previous orders, log into your account using the 'Log in' button on the top of the page. (For this to work you must have created an account on this site. If you chose to check-out as a guest you will need to refer to your order status e-mails for invoice or tracking information.)
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, log into your account using the link at the top of the page. If you forgot your password you can reset it using the 'Forgot Password' link. (If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you originally used please call us at (763) 552-1208 for support.)
