Sending Artwork to Us
It's easy to send us your artwork!- Reply to your order confirmation e-mail and attach any art files and descriptions you think we might need. (If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, a representative will contact you to see if you need any help.)
- As your artwork is reviewed by our art department, we will send you an electronic proof to ensure that your artwork and its placement is correct before production begins. (Physical proofs are available if needed though additional charges may apply. Please call us for details if you need a physical proof.)
Special Instructions
- Either enter any special instructions you may have in the Additional Information field when adding items to your shopping cart or send your special instructions via e-mail along with your art files.
- We'll send you an electronic proof of your item(s) for your approval before production begins to make sure the art comes out the way you want it to.
What file formats should I send?
- For best results, we prefer vector art file formats from programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or CorelDraw.
- If you don't have your art in one of those formats, don't worry - send us anything you can! We have the latest graphical programs and can open just about any file.
- You can even fax or snail mail us your artwork and we'll do our best to make it work!
- Remember, your art will be handled personally by an experienced member of our art team, so rest assured that your art will turn out great.
